How we do it.

Every aircraft is unique. Even aircraft of the same make, model, and series are different when they leave the factory and they are continually transformed with substitute component replacements…with engineering changes to respond to airworthiness directives, service bulletins, supplemental type certificates, and engineering orders. Even substitutions made in the original parts manufacturing may change fit, form, and function from the OEM specs. To develop an effective maintenance program the Superior team works hard to determine exactly what components and assemblies physically make up each aircraft it routinely services and to document their service life.

· At prescribed intervals of calendar time, operating
  hours, or other established usage parameters, we engage
  in a variety of preventive services.
· Regularly scheduled inspections and tests trigger 
  “on-condition” replacements.
· In-service discrepancies or failures result in
  discovery processes and corrective maintenance.
· Recognized safety, reliability, or performance problems 
  lead to reengineering efforts and upgrades.
